Other Provisions Regarding Not Awarding Remuneration And other Facilities To The Workers Or Employees Remained In Reserve
In case an agreement is entered between Proprietor and worker or employee kept on Reserve pursuant to Section 11 of the Act, on a ground that the worker or employee need not to be present in the Enterprise, then such worker or employee shall not be entitled to remuneration and other facilities as per that agreement.
